Goodness and Mercy

Flying the Friendly Skies

It's been a couple of weeks since my last post. I'm not ready to compose anything of length right now but just wanted to let you know I'm alive and well.

While I've had to face some of my fears, the Lord has brought me through every one of them with success. He has even given me opportunities I never saw coming and strengthened me to take steps that would have terrified me a couple of months ago.

Truly, the Lord has calmed my fears and is showing me His faithfulness at every turn. Here is one of those verses that remains clothes-pinned to the shutters over my kitchen sink.

(smile) When one lives alone, she can hang scriptures all over the house, stay up late, sleep in, get dressed for the day in time for lunch, spend much time in Bible study, and still get everything on her To Do List done!

from Robin B.

I'll just leave it at that for now. Specifics will come later. Thank you for praying for me. I pray for my readers, too, that you are influenced to trust our Lord Jesus in all circumstances. He is faithful and He loves you so much.

As God says in Psalm 23:6, His goodness and mercy are running after me.

  8. I read this early today before going to church and I just want you to know I was singing in my head and aloud all day..."surely goodness and mercy shall follow me ---all the days---all the days of my life."
I love all the music old and new, but the hymns of my youth are just ingrained in my soul.
    Praying for good days ahead.
